- Agricultural applications: As a highly efficient nitrogen-calcium compound fertilizer, it is used for foliar spraying or root fertilization of fruits, vegetables, grain crops, and flowers. It supplements nitrogen and calcium nutrients, promotes crop growth, prevents calcium deficiency diseases, and improves yield and quality.
- Industrial applications: Used as a concrete antifreeze agent to lower the freezing point and prevent freezing during winter construction; as a rubber latex stabilizer to improve the performance of rubber products; and also used in fireworks manufacturing, metal surface treatment, and water treatment.
- Food applications: Food-grade calcium nitrate is used as a desiccant and calcium fortifier, added to dairy products, soy products, fruit and vegetable products, etc., to supplement calcium and extend the shelf life of food. It must comply with national standard limits.
